We sell old items and antiques.Please understand that all products have scratches, stains and aging deterioration. We will not accept any returns, refunds, or cancellations due to customer requests such as "The item is different from what I expected".
We will accept returns and refunds only if there is any damage which occurs to your items during shipping or if there is a shipping mistake. Please contact us within 3 days after its arrival.
Please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will check its condition.
We may ask you to return the item after checking its condition, so please be careful not to lose the cardboard box, packing materials or damaged items.We will complete a refund once we receive the return and confirm the contents. Customs duties is non-refundable.
